Fire Chief Ortega and Lieutenant Flores are currently undergoing training at Leon Valley F.D. to become certified Haz-Mat Techs. A Haz-Mat Tech is expected to be able to safely opearte in an offensive fashion during a hazardous condition in order to contain or control the hazard."
